Our work on the Democratic Dashboard was first launched back in April in readiness for the General Election. By way of some background, the Democratic Dashboard provides a wealth of information about the electoral landscape across any location in the UK.
Trusted Public Sector Technology Partner
The Democratic Dashboard exemplifies our public sector data visualisation expertise developed through partnerships with organisations including the Hansard Society and the NHS. We've built platforms handling sensitive electoral data, patient-facing healthcare applications compliant with NHS Digital standards, and data visualisation tools serving parliamentary research needs.
The Democratic Dashboard required complex data aggregation from multiple electoral sources, real-time result processing during live elections, intuitive geographic visualisation of constituency data, and robust infrastructure to handle traffic spikes during election periods. This public sector capability extends from civic technology platforms to mission-critical NHS applications, demonstrating our understanding of both the technical requirements and the democratic responsibility inherent in handling public data.

In the run up to the General Election it was used intensively by users looking to research past results and prospective candidates in their area.
Recently, the Democratic Dashboard has been updated to include historical results data for the General Elections in 2010 and the European elections in 2009 and 2014. Alongside this, the recent referendum results have also been added to provide one of the most comprehensive breakdowns of election data across the UK.
